UHMWPE Chemical Suction and Discharge Hose
UHMWPE Chemical Hose | For High Aromatic Solvents, Acids & Alkalis
Engineered to safely handle the most aggressive chemicals, including high aromatic solvents, strong acids, and alkalis, this robust hose is built for demanding suction and discharge applications where chemical resistance and structural integrity are critical.
Construction & Technical Data
Inner Liner: A composite of Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) and EPDM rubber, providing a chemically inert barrier with high tensile strength (≥13 MPa).
Reinforcement: A dual-layer structure of high-tensile fabric cord wrapping and an embedded spiral steel wire, ensuring excellent pressure resilience, kink resistance, and suction performance.
Outer Cover: Weather, ozone, and abrasion-resistant EPDM rubber (tensile strength ≥13 MPa) for maximum durability in harsh environments.
Design Options: Available with a smooth or corrugated surface to suit specific space and flexibility requirements.
Operational Range: Reliable performance across a broad temperature range of -40°C to +90°C.
Safety Margin: Designed with a 3:1 safety factor for secure operation under variable pressure conditions.
Color Availability: Standard colors include black and blue; custom options are available for coding and identification.
Performance Features
Superior Chemical Resistance: The UHMWPE lining offers outstanding resistance to a vast array of corrosive media.
Enhanced Durability: The EPDM rubber layers provide excellent temperature tolerance and long-term aging resistance.
Operational Efficiency: Lightweight and flexible design ensures easy handling and maneuverability for prolonged use in diverse settings.
